Finding job before arriving to Canada

I am an Analytical Chemistry Engineer from Tunisia, North Africa.
I am planning to immigrate to Canada.

I would like seeking a job within Chemical Analysis Laboratory, Pharmaceutical Laboratory or research laboratory.

Frankly speaking, I have just the neede money to immigrate, that's why I am seeking for a job before arriving to Canada.

Could you please advise me how to get a job in my field in Canada and from Tunisia?

I have some information that a Tunisian Engineer maybe is not the same title in Canada? Could I find a job with my present Tunisian diploma obtained from a Tuisian University INSAT Tunis
