Finding Fingerprint Card (For FBI) in Karachi, Pakistan

Hi, Since I have recently moved back to Karachi from United States, I wanted to know where do I get the Finger Print Card that is required by FBI for Police Certificate? They accept FD-258 and/or FD-249.

I know I can get the finger printing done from the Forensic Division of Sindh Police, but I still need to buy the cards and take it to the Forensic Dept.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
