Job in Canada is not tough if you plan it properly with strategy.

For Banking sector

-> Contact job agency they have access to hidden market
-> first focus on Contract jobs as banking jobs are sensitive and Banks somehow refrain in offering full time at first go
-> Work hard on your resume , that's very important
-> be active on linkedin
-> Communication skills are the most important part, if you think working in US based company certify that, I am sorry that doesn't. Recruiter will now call you again if they found your accent tough to understand or not upto mark.

Hope it helps Good Luck

Hello,

I am a B.Com, CAIIB,CISA.CSQA,CIA from India, with 35+ years of experience in Banking, IT, Internal Audit, Compliance, BCP, PCI DSS, SQM, Process Management, ISO 27001 etc..
I was working till last December (2013) to take a break. Now, I am looking for a suitable opening in Canada, where I wish to immigrate, eventually.

I am now 56 years and would like to work for a few more years. Can anyone help me to find a job in Canada?
Regards
