Please. I entered Canada on a UCI number last June, 2018. As I have a new passport, I am trying to apply for a new UCI. I never received any communication with my old number attached and I am trying to complete the form online and it will not process the form without it, although it does say its optional! I am due to fly back into Canada on April 17th. I Live in the Bahamas and I cannot access the Immigration help line or the toll-free number from Nassau as it will not go through. Help please
