Hi All,

I applied for Canada student visa in 2016 but was refused as I did meet their financial parameters.

I am going to reapply for student visa but this time I want to make sure everything is right. I am going to study one year course which will cost around CAD $16000 and as per knowledge living expense for Ontario region is $10000 annual.

My plan is too buy $10000 GIC bond and I have also a student from bank worth $16000. To be precise, I will have a GIC investment bond and student loan letter. Do you guys think this will be enough? or I should be add up more documents?

One of main confusion is if I have to include Income tax returns of CA reports in visa file. Can't I simple apply for visa based on these two documents?

Please advise.

Thank you in advance. Cheers
