can we show our property as financial support for Canadian Student Visa if yes do we need valuation certificate?

how about if the property is in my name but in the country of residence ( not in home country)? is it still a good proof for ties?

It’s good. If the document is not in English please translate using a certified translator and get it notarized too. Get the valuation so that you can show it’s worth in CAD too..

Thank you very much for your reply and the information you provided.
Actually, the apartment is registered with my father's name who passed away last year. So, I wanted to become the owner of it but I just found out that here in Turkey it requires around 1500 USD in order to register the apartment in my name. What do you think the course of action should be ? is it worth to register the apartment in my name or just translate the document and notarize it which is registered with my father's name?

Ofcourse !!

I had shown my ties as country of residence too .

Like Employment , And I also own a company .

I guess these two were strong enough to prove that I am gonna return .
