I am sorry to say but job offer from gate stone as a financial service representative is a gamble as gate stone is more of a collection agency and duties involve or I should say only making outbound calls applying PR through that as duties mentioned in the reference letter from gate stone is way off from NOC-6235 - Financial sales representative, could lead to rejection I would advise you to try and get a job from companies like easy financial or fairstone.

Only NOC A, B and 0 work experience can be used for CEC. With this job, you'll be risking that IRCC evaluates it as NOC C which will not count.
