financial evaluation form

I'm filling out the forms this week and I want to check something out. In the financial evaluation form they ask for his (sponsor ) employment status and pay then it goes on to ask for mine. Both requiring option c print outs. I wouldn't have one as I have never worked in Canada. Or is that part if your spouse is cosigning? As far as I know since we are going to Ontario that we do have to answer that but I was all confused.

Yes that's exactly what it is. What form # is that? Must be an inland form, I checked ours and we don't have a Financial Evaluation Form specifically (though I had to provide previous 12 months of income and an Option C).

It's 1283 on my outland checklist it says either 1283 or 5481 depending on instructions needs to be filled out. I'll have to check both but since I am headed to Ontario I was pretty certain that we needed that one as Quebec has their own thing. Ps. This is on my husband's ( sponsor ) checklist .

Note :1 to add I just checked and I do need to use 5481 as 5481 is for spousal cases with no dependents which we have none. So I guess we just fill in 5481. Phew crisis averted .
