Hey guys,

I'm worried whether my application is strong financially and so I'm going to let you guys know my stance and list out some questions.

I'm going to UoT, and have a 92% first year scholarship, bringing my tuition fees down from $57,000 CAD to $4,500 CAD. The living cost is approximately $12,00-$15,00 CAD.

I have two letter of financial supports - one is from my dad's friend (for 40 years) who has been working at Microsoft for 32 years and as a Corporate vice president for 6 years (they earn very high salaries, although I'm not quite sure exactly how much). He has given a letter of sponsorship and supporting bank statement with $50,000 USD which is about $67,000 CAD.

The other letter is from my relative who has been living in Canada for over 10 years (I don't know what he works as) and he will be providing a letter towards my living expenses, around $10,00-$15,00 CAD.

Further, we sold some of our gold and deposited $18,00 CAD in my bank account. However, it was done very recently (just last week) as I turned 18 and created my own bank account on June 5th. Therefore, the money hasn't been in the account for long but I'm thinking I'll keep it there for about 2 weeks before I apply.

My father also owns a software business that he has been running for the past 20+ years which has branches in 3 countries. I've attached the commercial license for each, proving his ownership/shares. We have not attached personal bank statements as we withdraw from the company accounts directly. We have instead attached 5 months bank statement for the 3 branches. However, the closing balances for each is very low and does not amount to $15,000 CAD, however the statements do show that large transactions are done.

We also have around 2.5kgs of gold remaining as savings and I'm not quite sure how much that amounts to but I'm sure it's more than $100,000 CAD.

I think that's all; please let me know what you think!
