Finance Support + Tuition Fees Concern

- I have 13.000$ for living expenses deposited in a bank and waiting to pass 4 months for it to release a statement proving the financial support...
- I have 15.000$ for my tuition fees in hand as cash and NOT deposited in a bank, should the tuition fees be deposited in a bank and release a 4 months-statement for it too?

Please help with this concern...

Are you sure of this? only the financial support and its statement should be 4 months long?
