I have nothing but good intentions and what I want is to learn the English language fluently and develop my work. As for the conference and my desire to attend it, it is a new addition to my professional and cognitive life. I started feeling it's difficult. about my son, He will make visiting for 2 or 3 weeks and back home. I am coming from my country, Yemen, and I am not a refugee. What do you advise me sir?

Given your limited savings and that you have a family to support it does not makes sense to pay to attend a conference or pay to attend English classes in Canada plus pay for your living expenses during that time period.

You don’t have a lot of funds to visit Canada for a month with your son. It is a 3 day conference so no need for your son to attend. You seem to imply that he will come with you for only part of your stay and return on his own. If so makes no sense.

As for funds for a study permit, you don’t have enough funds with the new rules of paying tuition and showing at least $20k for one person.

You started two different threads with different reason to come to Canada. It is confusing and reasons are not valid. You are 38 years old so take English course online. As for the youth conference, I don’t see a tie to your current career.

I thought that a visitor could study at the same time, but I think that the procedures are many, and I must read more and learn more before thinking about entering Canada as a visitor or as a student.

You can study without a permit for a program under 6 months. But you still need to show funds as you would need to find accommodation and pay for living expenses. $20k may cover the 6 months but how will your family survive without you working. No reason to bring your son if you are studying plus you cannot afford him coming.
