Finance and work permit extension based on ITA

I have $7k more than required in my account but Do I have to show car finance $40K in express entry?
I have few credit cards as well do I have to send all credit cards statements?
I came as student and my work permit application refused last month. I have visitor's record now for next 6 months how can I apply for work permit after submitting my application for PR

He needs a valid work permit in order to apply for a BOWP when receiving his/her AOR.

Bottom line, OP cannot get a work permit.
