finally!!!

Hi Gang, thanks for all your help. I submitted all my stuff 3 weeks ago. I submitted my wifes visa extension to Vegreville as her 6 months is up June 30 2011 and Immigration/sponsorship to Mississauga (outbound-seoul) ... i haven't heard anything back after 3 weeks? If there was an error in my application, approximately when should i hear something?

1) You probably won't hear anything about her extension until they approve/deny it. It's currently taking them 160 days to process mail-in applications; 57 days for online. Processing times: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp.asp. She can remain in Canada until they make a decision though, since she will be on implied status till then.

2) You won't hear anything at all from Mississauga until they get around to processing it. It's currently taking Mississauga about 40 days to do this. See here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-fc.asp
