my dear, I wouldn't call it a delay as some august applicants are still waiting. The processing time is 13months and I got medical within 12 months. my GCMS notes says eligibility "recommend passed" , required work experience in Canada met, Language skill test met, education requirement met. The VO also stated that he is satisfied with everything I provided to support my application and no adverse information. And no, my case was straight forward case and not review required, hope this helps.
