finally landed today at pearson international airport with dependants

just wanna thank everyone here in this forum who contributed to my success. finally the war is over and I landed today with my dependants. very proud to be a Canadian resident ;D . The officer took our passports and copr and no further documents required. she handed us back the copr and kept the one with our passports photos attached on it. she crossed out our immigrants visas and told us to expect pr cards in the mail between 6-8 wks. the whole process lasted for less than 10 mins. guess airport landing is a way too easy than border. feeling very fulfilled today. Thanks all

Thats great ! congratulations...i dint know we can do landing at pearson airport. So even if we are in canada at the moment , we can just go to pearson and do the landing without actually getting out of the country, is that right?

Nah

The only reason this worked is because the applicant was out of the country and flying back in!

Obviously you have to go via immigration once you get off the plane

nope, I travelled outside of Canada and came back and landed at the airport. u have to leave the country b4 landing at the airport
