FINALLY GOT THE VISAS

Today visas arrived via DHL.

Thanks to God for this wonderful blessings and to all the forumers who have provided answers to my queries during the process.

which Visa office?? after sending medicals/PP/RPRF, it took how many days to receive VISA.

October 2008 - Initial application to Canadian Embassy Manila (Note that we had to wait for the final 38 occupation list, basically
all applications were on hold until the 38 list is announced except for old applications )
January 2009 - CIC Manila requested for an updated application documents ("Long Forms") after the 38 occupation list was announced
in December 2008
March 2009 - Submitted the completed application/documents
June 2009 - CIC Manila requested additional document (Personal Net Worth Statement) Note that this form is not always asked but
was requested in our case
July 2009 - Submitted the "Personal Net Worth" document
Sep 2009 - Medical and right of permanent residence fee requested. Interview was waived
Oct 16 2009 - Medical done
Oct 27 2009 - Medical results received by CIC Manila
Dec 5 2009 - Passport requested. Submitted Dec 9 and received by CIC Dec 11 2009
Jan 22 2010 - Visa was stamped to passports and we received the passports on February 4, 2010

Basically it took ONLY one year until passports with visas were received.
Planning to land to Canada by March.
