So u are saying that u had some errors too in your medical report form but u went ahead with the medicals and at the same time informed the Visa office as well?

What did the visa office guys say ?

Send it to London or Canada?

Just confused coz initially when I applied all my documents I sent to Canada, in 2009 , now file is with London so shoud send to London right ??? :
