Nev do u have an idea the length of time kingston takes to update your ecas to medicals receive or the 2nd AOR because i see other persons getting notification from their visa offices.

I'm sorry jojrob1, I don't.
I never checked ecas until August 2012 and it had 'medicals received' so I don't know when it was added. The best thing I can tell you is ecas was updated for me with 'medicals received' within five months of applying.
I do know of a few others on the Kingston thread who are still waiting to see 'medicals received' on ecas as well. Hopefully Kingston is working hard on the backlog and will update the system in the near future.
If you ask this question on the Kingston thread, the fam will let you know when they saw the update on ecas.
