Yesterday applied at vfs jaladhar for may 2013.

Hey why were you rejected for the Jan intake?
did you apply under spp before when you got rejection ?

Now that you are applyin g again , under which program are you applying, SPP or Non-SPP?

Reasons given to me were totally stupid.
1st of all no one is gonna leave Canada at the end of their stay
secondly they told me about course mismatch.
Which was more stupid than the previous one.
a girl with 40% in 12th and with 6 bands got visa in same course and same college.
I hv 68% and 7 bands.

One can't apply again under spp
So now it is general in my case.

associate of science is a 2 year program but it is utp( university transfer program).
After completion of 2 yrs one can get direct admission in 3rd yr of degree in university.

Reason for your rejection-
This program will get you a Half Degree, And it has no value. And it means that you will again apply for study permit extension. VO was sure that your intention is just to enter Canada. If you would have gone for 4 year degree or 2 year diploma, then VISA was all yours.
But still Luck also matters.
58% and 6 IELTS and 1 year gap -My profile.
Got Visa in 5 business days.

As you told that you have also left behind with CAD 60 with the fees . So , have you deposit the remaining CAD 60 again to your college or not ? Are you going to apply for the visa , don't you think you have to wait for your 2nd Fees Receipt from the college to attach with your previous one ?
