A good way to prepare for the test is to first look search online for some sample tests and try out a few. This will give you an idea of the type of questions the which appear on the test. Then you can start reading the Discover Canada book. I suggest you read the book twice and in between keep practising the online sample tests.
I had my test last month in Ontario, it is really easy!
