finalizing Outbound :) a few questions - Photos go where? folder type??

finally rounding the corner and completing it :D

silly questions but I want to be sure . For outbound spouse sponsorship

2 Photos - they are to be stapled in envelope ot 5669 form? Do we have to write anything on the back?


Folder - We have a nice file folder (1 inch thick) with all the different forms separated and labelled - is this allowed?

I think that's it! I read different things on different guides and my head hurts and hopefully you can help :)
 
Do not staple anything . Put the photos in an envelope and just write on the front . Binders are also not exceptable . Just put your photos together with a paper clip . I know it looks all organized but they are going to pull it a part and scan each piece then forward it to the your VO OFFICE .



For writing on the back each office asked for different things . Lvo just wanted a date and where the photo was taken . Many applicants used 3 envelopes

1) SPONSOR INFO
2) APPLICANTS INFO
3) PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP .
 
Ummm...so once the application is finished where do we send it?
Our outland office or Mississauga? I'm confused.
 
You send the application to Mississauga first then they send it to the outland VO
 
NO we didn't but every VO is difference . We just had them stamped by our photograph and date stamped nothing else.
