Final Steps of PR Sponsorship

Hello all, my wife and daughter went for medical and biometrics in February, what is the next step? I have already received confirmation that I am approved as the sponsor. Submitted proof of relationship, pictures, etc months ago.

The processing time for a spousal sponsorship application is anywhere between 6-16 months for outland online submission.

There's still quite a bit. Things like security and background check, applicant eligibility, etc.

Biometrics update in the system, review of the principal Applicant and dependent's medical examination report and update it on system as passed. Eligibility Review of the principal Applicant and dependent if any, followed by criminality and background check. Pre arrival letter followed by PPR.
