Final stages PR

Hi All

I have applied Outland spaousal sponsorship on the 26/09/14. Am Brit married to a canadian. The CIC have requested RPRF fee does this mean my PR application is in its final stages?. The thing is when never received any official confirmation of the SA. When i log on to the ECAS system it says application received. Am just so confused. Please advice me

Usually it does mean that you're almost done, I'd call them and ask about AIP to make sure.
