Final stage of inland family sponsorship application. I need some Help please!

I just received a letter from CIC stating,

"We are pleased to advise you that processing of your application has been completed. The
Canada Immigration Centre in Halifax Immigration will contact you to arrange an appointment for the finalization of your permanent resident application."

1-what is to be expected at this interview and what exactly does it means?

2-What questions will they ask? I just don't want to come unprepared!

3-Will it be long?

4-What is this interview for?

5-how long after you received this email from CIC they emailed you for the interview?

6-And how many days, weeks or months notice did they give you for the interview?

7-I now gave to pay 490 dollars, how long will it take them to call mr for the interview? Will the fact that I didn't pay in advance delay the date for the interview?

8-does anyone know if Halifax landing office is a busy one?

If anyone who has already finished or went through this I would appreciate your help very much.
