Final stage and process question

Hi,

I am sponsoring my wife and we have reached the final stage to issue her PR visa on her passport, yet the final email mentioned that I need to submit my passport with her as well, I have included below the exact text from the email, and also please verify the process of sending the passport via DHL or regular courier and should we include a postal order and with what amount etc...?

Your original passport and the original passport(s) of your accompanying spouse and
dependent children. The passports must meet the Passport Specifications as detailed
below.

We live in Dublin, Ireland and the application is running from London CIC office.

Thanks so much, how about sending the passport to London, should we include a postal order as well and with what amount so when they send the passport back to us?

I'm not sure about that, sorry. My wife submitted her passport through VFS as that was the procedure for us at our VO.

Some people have submitted prepaid return envelopes.

Where is your spouse from? You mentioned that you are living in Dublin, but what is your spouse's nationality?

What fee is that? Was it in the letter you got from CIC?

no didn't get it, I think I got confused with something else, its fine now.

Just trying to figure out how to send and receive back the passport as it will go to another country. And are you sure the sponsor doesn't need to his/her passport?

Do we need to sign the below form?

The sponsor does not need to send their passport.

If you are using VFS, I believe you need to sign a consent form. We did.
