Share what is the process of final hearing. Also, how long is the hearing and when they will tell you that it is accepted. Is this ever happened they change hearing date to early.

Well that’s good they change it to early, what’s your timeline ? The length of the hearing depends if you have an interpreter also depend on how the hearing it’s going, mine lasted about 1hr but some people last 2 or 3 it depend
What takes place during the hearing is mainly based on your case. Some members tell claimants at the end of the hearing that they’ve been approved but many do not. Some send out the NOD right after the hearing so people get their NOD in the mail 2-3 weeks later while other take up to a few months. If translation is required that tends to make hearings longer. How the hearing goes also depends on how many questions the member has about your application and whether they want further clarification or even further evidence in some cases. It appears as though it may have been less than a year since you claimed asylum so it could still be quite a while until you receive a hearing date.
