Final Email for visa lost in spam

I had received email from IRCC requesting my passports for stamping to be submitted. however, after reading the email, when i came out of it to move it from my Spam to Inbox, it got lost. I have emailed the CIC email ID and also been calling the helpline number since last 4 days, but no luck getting in touch with an operator.

Can someone guide on how else can i get that email re-sent to my email ID?

Contact IT department in your office or any one that is very knowledgeable about IT to help recover the mail
