Hi everyone. My FD was April 17,2025. Been more rhan 3 weeks now. Anyone with similar FD timeline?
Hey! My FD was on March 3rd, and I received P1 on April 8th. So it does happen sometimes that there are a few weeks between the two. One possibility is the switch in the visa office... or maybe your timeline is faster than the others, so you are in the landing queue.

It seems like processing times are currently slower than usual. I received my FD on May 6 and the Portal 1 request on May 12, which I responded to the same day. However, I have yet to receive the Portal 2 email.

HELP !!!!!!!!!!

I got stuck with FD. I have received my FD on 20th March and since then there's no update for P1.

Is it normal? Can you suggest something that i can do now?

Merci bcp

This may be because of the Quebec caps. If so, really nothing you can do but wait. When did you originally submit your application and under which program?

Here's my Timeline :
Got CSQ under : RSWP 4th OCT 2024

PR APPLICATION - 24th OCT
AOR - 6th JAN
FD- 20th March

This is fairly normal. There is a backlog of application ready for P1/P2 for many programs. IRCC also approved more than last year’s quota for many programs so there was quite a lot of applications that got FD in 2024 that had to wait until 2025 to get PPR. IRCC slowly lands people so they can spread out the quota over most of the year but will Lilly hit their target by the fall again. As long as you have similar processing to others with a similar profile all you can do is wait. There is no point phoning or sending webforms. Think some are waiting close to 3 months.
Just seeing this comment. You seem to have a strong knowledge of IRCC operations. Unfortunately, I also find myself waiting now for 77days since I received the FD update. I have waited, called, sent web forms, even gotten an IRCC agent to stick a file note on my file to no avail. Can you please share with me the current situation of thing with IRCC as per quarterly landing targets and when in your opinion you consider I and others in my situation should expect to receive our PPR? Many thanks

As you have discovered there is no point in contacting IRCC if your processing time is in line with others. Wish IRCC would be upfront with people about wait times because I assume most are doing the same thing as you have which wastes a large amount of IRCC resources that could be used elsewhere. Don’t believe IRCC and Quebec publish their landing targets by month, quarter or however they distribute landings throughout the year to meet annual targets. The best option is to follow others going through the process. People who have received FD in the few months before you received FD are probably the most accurate guides to current processing times. Processing is only approximately chronological so would keep that in mind when looking at other applications.

No update since then. Still waiting for PPR, it's really stressing as most people receive ppr the same day or the next day after FD.
