I had to fill up the statutory questions on Background information.

Has luke007 even been rejected to canada or any other country.

In my case the answer is YES has I have been rejected to the USA for F1 visa 3 times.

HOWEVER, the problem is I forgot to mention that while I am applying for Work Permit.

would that going to be problem now. as I am disclosing my rejections of the USA VISA.

Please suggest me.

In theory, no as this is treated as a separate application. Is there any reason why you didn't declare it before?

Just declare it now in full and explain in an LOE why it was refused.

Thanks Kryt0n,

I was going through my work permit application. Surprisingly, I forgot to mention it.( I know how stupid it looks) it's not for sure to hide the information.

I am going to be say YES and going to explain the reason for rejections. I hope they don't look back my application to see what I have answered previously. I don't want to caught up for such a stupid mistake.

They wont open the previous files, this application will be treated as FOB 8).

If it helps when applying for my last work permit (which was ultimately rejected) I did not declare an "administrative refusal" at the USA boarder when I flagpolled. I don't even know if it is a real refusal but I will be declaring it, along with my Canadian visa refusals, in this application.

On the USA refusal letter they even spelt 3 out of 6 names wrong... go USA immigration!! :p
