Hi,

I just want to know, what can I do in my brother's application form on this IMM 5604 knowing that he is above 22 years old already?

Do I have to put Not Applicable on this form?

Thanks.

Ces

Hi..is he your siblings? Is he accompanying? Please be detailed to know your question.

My parents are already in Canada. My mother sent this application for my brother who was currently still schooling that time. His age is already 29.

The thing is, if he will be allowed to go to Canada, he will travel all by himself because my parents will just be waiting for him in Canada.

Question is, do we need to fill up the application IMM 5604 with details though I am certain that my brother is no longer included in minors category...

Yes he is not a dependant anymore...unless if he is still studying at the age of 29.

He just graduated last March 2012. But during they started his application he was still schooling.

Do you think he will still have his chance?

How old was he when they filed the sponsorship application? If he was over 22 then he needs to stay in school to continue to qualify.

Oh really? He just graduated 2 year course. He was 28 when my mother sent an application. He is really late in his school...
