Seniors ,
I'm in a doubt. Should i apply for my prtd before or after reaching 18 . I'm turning 18 in September. I am applying under h&c reason to be removed as a minor and looking to Canada.

IMO, apply on your 18th birthday. IRCC looks at everything based on date of application. Prior to your b-day, you are still a minor, but that just my way of looking at it. Other may have alternate views.

Do think are seeing more and more minors applying to return to Canada after living there for a few weeks or months. Seems clear that this loophole has become well known. Wonder whether this will continue for the longterm especially for families who never actually settled in Canada who are just planning for their children to attend Canadian schools as domestic students. Seen others asking whether this will work for their kids 10 years from now,
