filling out study permit questionnaire form.........Plz help

I am planning to apply for study permit by myself and i am not using any representative .....so my question is in study permit questionnaire form they ask to give details of representative and there is a note under it that " Failure to disclose an agent or representative could negatively effect the decision on your study permit application" so should i write NA or what should i do??.....plz help me...
