Filling in IMM008 for PR application

Hello, I want to to apply for PR for myself and my family who reside outside of Canada.
Do I have to send seperate IMM008 for every member of my family or just add them to my form IMM008 (the main applicant).

• Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) (PDF, 553 KB)
• Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008 DEP) (PDF, 424 KB)
• Schedule 14 – Protected Persons and Convention Refugees (IMM 0008 – Schedule 14) (PDF, 1.39 MB)
• Schedule A – Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) (PDF, 776 KB)
• Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] (PDF, 570 KB)
• Document Checklist (IMM 5286) (PDF, 137 KB)
• Use of a Representative (IMM 5476), if applicable. (PDF, 648 KB)

In addition to completed application forms for yourself, please submit the following for your dependent family members who you wish to accompany you and are currently residing outside of Canada:

• Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) (PDF, 553 KB)
• Schedule A – Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) (PDF, 776 KB)
• Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] (PDF, 570 KB)
• 2 passport-sized photographs
• Photocopies of their passport, travel documents or identity documents
• Photocopies of documents that prove their relationship to the protected person
