Filling Immigration Forms

Hi! I am sponsoring my parents and I am doing it by myself. I have few questions about filling some of the required forms. I hope you can help me.

>Do I have to include deceased siblings in the "Additional Family Information" form?

>Does the sponsor and co-signer's income be combined as the bases for the requirements?

>Are all the papers be mailed? or do they accept sign,scan and print?

Yes, you combine incomes.

All original forms and signatures must be MAILED to CPC-Mississauga.

There is a high chance you have already missed the 5000 cap cutoff though.
