Hello,

I have questions regarding Express Entry Application form
I am a student here in Canada, my husband works in Canada(non LMIA based job) since last 4 months in OWP. We wish to apply for PR in FSW category since we have sufficient points as per recent draws.
Right now, we don't have $15000 to show but while filling in the EE questionnaire, we selected the option for POF as 'less than 12K'.

My questions are:
1. As we already are in Canada, can we put an amount around $10K that we have in our bank right now and proceed with the application? Will CIC consider the amount?
2. Do I need to fill in my current education in Canada details in the secondary/spouse educational qualification? Or do we need to fill in the last degree equivalency as per our WES evaluation?

Thanks!

You do not have to show that you have these funds if:

you have a valid offer of arranged employment in Canada AND
you are currently working or authorized to work in Canada.

2. Before ITA you have to show only completed education for spouse and once you get ITA you can show pursuing Canadian education in personal history.

I am not sure about the 1st.

I thought only CEC doesn't require POF. Still this is fishy because of AND ! in this case principle applicant doesn't have arranged employment ! he is authorized to work in Canada without Arranged employment

Regarding 2nd wuestion i beleive that WES is enough if it maintains your expected crs score.

Regarding first one actually i dont know much about that as i have applied as single and not in canada.
