Filling Citizenship application form for wife (PLEASE HELP WITH YOUR OPINIONS)

I have filled the application for citizenship for my wife and at the end of the application form it says,

DID any one help you filling this form
I answered yes
and I put myself as husband.

is it good or bad, should a husband fill application form for wife or she should fill it by herself.

the reason why filling it myself as I know the details of our entries and exits as well as the school for all of our family.
that is to say I keep good tracking of every thing.

That is fine, they are more interested in persons you pay to help, they have to be members of the Bar or ICCRC

It would be far better if you just leave that section blank or do N/A.

Even if you are helping as a husband, there is NO NEED at all whatsoever that you helped her fill up the application.
