i have no idea how to pay my oopnp application should it be from western union or bank? may i know the process you did on paying? please reply im from the philippines.thank you.salamat po

I got a bank draft in CAD from BPI but I have an account with them. I don't know if you can do it without an account there. I heard also Metrobank can issue drafts in CAD. Ask first the banks where you keep your accounts.

Process with bank draft: you approach an officer and ask.

i have an account in bdo the officer said the draft is only payable with peso not in CAD... can western union be a safe option? thank you for your help

Hi.. Bank draft is for cad$ or even us$ and manager's check is for Philippine peso.. Both I used to pay my fees in cic and my Rprf..
