rhcohen2014 said:it really doesn't matter. we applied march 2014 and sent in a 2012 option c. no issue at all. i would assume if the sponsor has a letter of employment, has no history with welfare, and hasn't changed employment since the last available option c, i don't think it's a big deal if the option c isn't the most current year available. i would think CIC gives some sort of grace period. of course, it's best to supply an option c that's not too outdated.
