Filing PR and help required for Canadian Character Certificate

I have received an invitation to apply for PR as EE- MPNP candidate. For submitting the application for PR ( inland EE-PNP) candidate, does one need to also provide the Canadian Character Certificate as well beside PCC from their home country? If yes, the services are currently closed due to COVID-pandemic and there is no date available to document when services will resume. How shall one proceed?

The document checklist will tell you what PCCs are required. If you need a Canadian police clearance and the RCMP are not processing them due to COVID I would expect that an automatic 90-day extension would be in place.
