Filing for pr as a refugee spousal info

Hi i got my nod last year and I'm about to send in my pr application. I'm recently engaged and I also found out I'm expecting with my fiancé. Am I considered single or common law? Do I need to include fiancé in my application (he's a student in Canada and not pr or citizen)? Do I also need to let them know of the pregnancy etc? Does this affect my application in anyway? I keep trying to contact cic but never get a hold of anyone. Please help. Thanks.

U got the NOD last year and didn’t apply for PR yet??! I guess they will ask for an explanation for the delay.

My lawyer was paid to submit but found out he was a fraud just 2 weeks ago. I put an explanation in the envelope and we filed a formal complaint.

U can call someone common law partner if u live with him/her for more than 1 year.double check with ur Laywer.
You shouldn’t hide anything.adding him won’t effect ur application.
