Filing for extension TRV

I'm trying to gather up information to file for an extension while waiting for my PR. It says I have to show proof of medical. I just did a re-medical recently, i'm not sure if that would work or Do i have to do another medical just for extension?. i'm planning to to apply online.

The same medical can be used for the visitor extension.

Thanks for the reply. I was asked to take only chest X-ray for re-medical. Would it be okay to download that info and send it along with my application?. Though i'm confused. Document checklist doesn't specify medical report.
