Files Transfer to Etobicoke

Got a message on Oct 4th, 2022( application received in May) saying my file has been transferred to Etobicoke for further evaluation and got a message in Dec 2022 and it is in Vancouver, now it is almost May 2023, and still nothing. Is this normal?

Everything is normal and nothing is normal. It's very hard to figure out how the system works. I don't think anybody can answer your question.

I should add that it is not abnormal for an app to be transferred from one VO to another. It is generally thought to be to even the work load between VOs so probably not anything to worry about. Be patient is the only advice I can offer.
