files after 1st dec when will get result pls share ur consultant opinion

my consultant saying before 30th we should .. get it .. but holidays are being big hinder in that

My agent also told me before 1st January all applicant will get their response because after 1st express entry quota is starting so they first complete the January intake applications
I applied on 9th DEC under spp

Your agent doesn't know what s/he is talking about. EE has no relationship to study permits.
