Hi AMK, I applied on my own, without going through an agency. The guidance states to enclosed transcripts for all post secondary qualifications. So i think you do not need to include the pre degree because it is considered as senior secondary. But for safe side i included pre degree as well...Thanks

Thank u for the information.

malayalees please keep in touch.

i got the transcripts and submitted full documents.the consultancy says that they may forward the docs.by mid Noember.

Hi AMK,

Why they are taking so much time to forward it? You already provided all the documents.. so why there is delay?

they have to send the documents of applicants whose last date is approached.

they may sent the appln. by Oct.last week.

AMK,

I am not a malayali, but just thought of sharing my thoughts...........If everything is ready then PUSH your immigration consultants to submit it, ....there is always an ADVANTAGE if u submit it As soon as possible..........coz eventually its a TIME GAME.....u are at an advantage if u are ahead even though its a few weeks or days........

Good Luck

I am a Mallu settled in chennai.
I have couple of questions which if you guys can answer..

I am looking to apply for FSW visa.
I have a BCOM degree but I have not done any PG or diploma course.
I have worked as an accountant for 3years & 2 months in a chit & financial company & had performed most of the duties of an accountant. So will I be eligible for FSW thru NOC code 1111 although I don’t have a PG degree.

The other question is:

I have lost my 12th standard mark sheet. Will I need it, while applying?
I also don’t have a birth certificate. Do I need it as well or can I show any other certificate like marriage certificate or 10th mark sheet.
Kindly advise.

hi Nitesh79, If you have no masters degree, you dont worry.you will get 25 points if you have 17 years of study.since you have 15 years of study u may probably get 21 points i think.for 4 years experience,21 points.u will get 10 points for ur age.if ur wife is a post graduate, u will get 5 points hence a total of 57 points.so u should have only 10 pionts to get 67 points.IELTS may fulfill this. For relatives in Canada and AEO,u will get 10 points each.So compute ur points.
if u are born after 1st April 1989, u should surely have a birth certificate. In Kerala it is compulsory after this date.Otherwise u should have SSLC book to prove ur date of birth.

u should have an attested copy of ur 12 mark sheet which is to be notorised while submitting documents. No original mark list is needed.

u wii get 22 points for education.

pls keep in touch
