Have you sent any inquiry or change of address, status to CHC???

I did case specific inquiry three times at three different intervals.

Yes, even I send one two weeks back also.

But case specific inquiries won't change the e-CAS status. If it was there, then I would have got the e-CAS status changed earlier.

It is frustrating again to see that your case is "in process" from January 26 and no update then.

That means, not much to hope yet.

hey buddy don't wanna disappoint you , but as nano has said this is no real update. so keep your fingers croosed may be twomarrow you will have real update

They hardly reply to emails....i suggest you send them a letter instead..at CHC, Immigration Section, PO BOX NO. 5209 CHANAKYAPURI NEW DELHI 110021.

NANO...LOOK AT ME... JUST TODAY IN PROCESS... i think they just opened your file and kept in rack.
i was scared with my original document. i sent my original transcripts n payslips..its going to be rainy season..so to protect my doc from fungus.. i have requested to send my original back being long waiting time...i know still i have to wait like u. might be due to fax..they did in process ...just to keep me quite.

File xfer date is mentioned in your 1st AOR..wording like..." We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on May 11, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you".

So, in this case MAY 11 is yur xfer date.

1. In my first AOR dated 29.09.2010 recd from FSW CIO there is a sentence worded as (i.e. without any transfer date mentioned) " Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application is being recommended to the Visa Office for a final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of Work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on 28.11.2008.

2. In the next paragraph, it is mentioned as " You are therefore requested to submit a complete application to the New Delhi Visa Office ". We have submitted the complete application and have recd acknowledgement from NDVO dated 12.01.2011.

3. From the above information, can you (Johnny) and others in the thread, please guide me as to which is my File Transfer Date ?
