my doc sent date is 7 july they it on 8th

Read the letter you got from CHC.

It clearly says that we must contact them after 8 months, if there is no responds from CHC.

I did the same with the barcode sticker provided by CHC. There was no responds from CHC though for my letter.

But we should wake them by sending case specific enquiry. All of us should send case specific enquiry to put pressure on them.

Whatever mails they get, they are supposed to file against our file number. And when they get drastic number of mails from applicants, they have to report to Nova Scotia.

CBC always reports about immigration news. Lets us make a news.

Most importantly (Read the letter properly that you got from CHC)

my status still rbvo. my application is in nd since last 12.5months. i send case specific enquiry last month..till now I am unable to get their ans....nothing we can do expect waiting..

today on 12-04-2011 status changed to in process but address is missing and also not further changes inside it still says the same. like pending review

please advice is this common

Congratulations...atleast someone is looking at ur file...I am wondering about the landing fee receipt - which is something I have not received...and my file transfer date, actual transfer of docs and also 2nd AOR are earlier than yours, however, my status has still not changed. This is more mysterious than outer space.
