Dear friends,
CIC released 29 occupations with cap of 1000 in MI-2 and cap of 500 in MI-3 keeping in my mind the most urgent labour market needs for Canada and accordingly they are giving priority in processing of their applications at a faster rate .But surprisingly there are about 16 occupations from MI-1(prejune) which also exist in MI-2 and MI-3 but pending till now.So why those are not in high priority?Ultimately what is the real goal of Canada in immigration?its urgent job demand needs or time period who applied at what time?Still I cant understand this logic.

Sadika,
You must have seen the latest number of applications filed under MI-3 scheme.
they got only 1-2 applications for a number of occupations like chefs, cooks, crane operators, etc where there as many as 500 applications are expected. people are still cheating the system.

The online system (E-CAS) is a computer system that automatically updates during key periods throughout the creation and assessment of your file. However, at times the information that is transferred to the E-CAS system is erroneous. This issue has been brought to the attention of the appropriate party for resolution.

y u guys r just hopeless
keep this thread alive atleast
i found this on 3page.
best of luck to all for tuesday

The logic is they have already got more than enough 4131, 0111, 0213's in Canada as PR who got their visas in 2010. so they have chosen a very very "go slow" policy for the awaiting applicants of these categories.
I am looking forward to 2012.

mine noc 7217 in this whole forum i could not find a single applicant with this noc . its rarest .......bro they are not processing according to noc dont deceive others , if they were processing according to noc then all pre june applicants whos noc is also in 29 list they would have got visa till now..................

sunnyslietian,

I dont think a lot of the NOC's of 38 are a set of 29 NOC's.
Your NOC 7217 is not in the list of 29 NOC's. it means they dont need 7217's now as per the Labor market needs. you were needed then before June 2010, but not anymore. there was not a single forum member that had the same NOC as you had but still CIC things that the current labor market in Canada does not need 7217 now. Surprisingly, although some NOC's of 38 might have made their names into the list of 29, Pre June 2010 applicants falls under the set of MI-2 and they are now considered as backlog. CIC is currently giving the most priority to MI-3 and decisions made in the parliament a few months ago.

so y they are not processing pre june nocs which are also in 29???????????????????? now they are not procesinng according to noc????

u haven't answered my question .there are more than 10 nocs which are repeated in 29 list...............

they are just shitting us

First priority will be given to the current 29 NOC list, which is having the labour market demand.

At the same time, VO's will process previous NOC's at a slow pace. (they expect to process the same also with in the advised period ie.15 months on an average)

And once the Capped applications are processed, they will fasten up the other NOC's.

The average time will keep going up only.

Many members from this topic have crossed 17 months so 15 months is a joke.

Read KDSTTL's post. that is pretty much what's true and apparent at the moment.
they didnt say they'd not process the common NOC applications but their main target is to complete MI-2 and MI-3 and along with that with a very slow acceleration they'd process the Feb 2008 to June 2010 applications.

so y they are not processing pre june nocs which are also in 29??

The answer for this questions is very ambiguous.

i dont know y you are flip flopping your statements? now you traveled from nocs to MI-2 n MI-3 , which was already known to me n all. i started dialogue with u cos earlier u were giving logic that they dont need noc 1111,4131 n 0213 anymore so that's y they are not processing our cases n now with reference of KDSTTL's post your are saying they are processing according to set of MI-3,MI-2........first decide what u wanna say............n justify ur earlier post to which i ve argued (The logic is they have already got more than enough 4131, 0111, 0213's in Canada as PR who got their visas in 2010. so they have chosen a very very "go slow" policy for the awaiting applicants of these categories.
