File Xfer to CHC ND in Jan / Feb / March 2010 please join here

i canceled my rep..now i am gettng direct reply..it is from cic...correct reply..REALLY I AM FRUSTRATED..LOST MY PRESCIOUS 1.5 YEAR AND ONE JOB..UNBEARABLE....GOD???????????????
 
I wrote a mail to CHC ND. Some points are below.
I feel this is a real insulting mail to CHC ND. Now I feel somewhat satisfied. I wish they call me for interview so that I can say that these guys are idiots.

Please note that it has been around 10 months and I have not received any further notifications from your side.

As far as I know my occupation is still in demand so why has not my file been processed?? Applicants with same NOC who applied after June 26 2010 have got medical requests.

I want to apply again, if my NOC falls under new occupation list announced this July, as I feel my second application will be given priority.

I have sent 2 case specific inquiry but have not even got receipt of the same. Please reply to this mail.

Dear honourable minister,
My e-cas status for permanant resident under FSW1(NOC-3111) is showing recieved by newdelhi visa office pending review.
My application recieved by CIO on 5 may,2010 and i submitted my full application and supporting documents on 7 october ,2010 to new delhi visa office.
I got acknowledgment letter of reciept of my complete application package from newdelhi visa office dated 18 november,2010 along with reciept of payment for landing fees too.
New delhi visa office asked me to contact them directly if i didnt hear anything in 3 months after submission of my full application package and secondthing they mentioned processing time of 8 months to finalise myapplication.
I observed that many of my collaegues under same occupation list (specialist physician) who applied postjune2010 under ministerial instruction 2 got their medical and passport request by newdelhi visa office earlier than me though they have applied after me .
If canada is looking fast immigration as per their job market needs then why so much differences in processing of the clients with same occupation ?what is the rationale of processing the specialist physicians earlier whose files recieved by visa offices later then me ?
It means i should reapply again since i am also under new29 occupation list to get priority in processing of my application but it will be a lot of hard work again for me.
I do understand that 1,44000 applications have to get yet decisions for permanant resident programme under FSW ,but i cant understand why CIO is accepting new applications if there are already a lot of applications pending review under new canadian job market needs at newdelhi visa office?
Kindly help me in this regard and do the needful.

There must be some criteria in dealing with all the applications according to canadian job markets priority and candidtates must be told the truth .if many applications awaiting for decisions to be made they shoudnt accept the newone till old one finished processing

Considering the fact that Pre-June 26 applicants will now have to wait for 2 years or more, what should be decided on the proof of funds.
Mostly everyones funds are lying unused in bank accounts.
As there is no proper time frame we cannot keep funds lying idle forever.

Suggest your views, Should we invest our funds elsewhere for better returns?

When it is officially 14 months, how come they can send a letter showing 2 years which is contradictory to what their website shows?

14 months is the actual time that 80% applications have taken at New Delhi Visa Office to reach the final decision, it no way implies that future applications will be processed in this time frame !! The fact is that all processing times stated on CIC website are for applications that were processed in the last quarter & given a final decision, so it has no bearing on the time it will take in the future to process applications hereon.
So when they say 2 years it is their estimate & therefore henceforth in all subsequent quarterly updates, the processing times will keeping increasing till it reaches 24 months (projected).
 
Its my real story friends
Its like ...running after a speeding train, whenever we think we are close to that we find that speed is increased,and so on...
My first case was September 2005, ND VO replied me with 36 Month Time line,... in 2008 that was 68 months.. and Now it is 85 months.... second was feb 2010 with 8 months,then 11, when we reached 11 months its 14 month ( 2 years according to reply by CHC) How killing this is, Now they are saying that you are not in our priority list... i ask NDVO.... WHY? why can't you choose the priority categories from DUMP first then issue remaining numbers, a dentist who applied in 2005 is still waiting and a dentist who applied after June 2010 got visa.. why it is like this, isn't the first one is a Dentist... they have advanced system to maintain record they can sort out with just one click.. God Knows how they are working.. How a advanced developed country can play with peoples life ..make them miserable and nobody there to ask them....

nano... i sent enquiry about 2 months ago..they didnt ans. again last week, i asked my original document (payslip n transcripts) and about my application status..after that my ecas changed to in process. i havent got my ans and document yet. in my opinion, if they took more than 2yrs...they can say straight way email like to devu...i m feeling that...they will not take 2yrs..lets see ..definitely they have to send my original document with my application status within couple of weeks...hope +vely.

Hi devu, Does your e case shows that they have started processing your file on any specific date. We all need to understqand here is that if they have stopped or delayed all of those files also which they started to even process or is this applicable to only those cases where CIC till now has not started to process the file. Is there any specific file tranfer dates from which they have now given new timelines for two years. Please share your thoughts. One of our frineds mentioned that they are delaying files from file tranfer date of March 31. All of those members who received this e mail communication from CIC please mention your file tranfer dates and also suggest if your e case shows that CIC has started processing your file on any specific date.

I think we should invest it, as CHC has not mentioned any fixed processing time...and if they require, they will ask for updated POF

Its more practical way.

Secondly the target of 7500 is no of files or no of applicants???
For eg lets assume that New Delhi got 1000 applications out of the 15000 applications CIC received than if we consider 3.5 persons per family than that is 3500 visas...

So in short we are a car which has no driver or rather the driver is sleeping...

If anyone has information about how many application has been received by CHC ND(post June 2010) please share it.
