Looking at the current scenario, I think pre-june 2010 applicants with FTD from March 30th 2010 will have to wait for 2 years or more. I guess the rumours have finally turned out to be facts. What a bad luck for us? I feel so frustrated and angry. Dont know what to do next since my NOC is not currently in the list anymore. I feel so deprived by God. Always happens to me, last minute things go wrong!!!! As a last resort, I have asked my consultant to send a case specific enquiry to CHC, ND and waiting to see what their reply is. I am so very upset!!!!

request all the members to send case specific enquiries. lets get this straight once and for all...............if its 2 yrs or more then it can be 4, 6, 8 any number of years... lets know if Canada deserves us or not and move on with LIFE

this CHC for you , the are not time bound but policy bound . however it is great disappointment for everybody. bu think of those guys who are waiting since 2002

In 2003 and 2004 applicants were informed to wait for about 4 years anyways.

When they say 2 years, it is just an assumption from them. When a new NOC list will come in july, they will start processing them before us.

Ideally, they are creating another backlog for pre june 10 applications.

This is stupid. If they were receiving more no. applications then they anticipated then they could have posted on the website, instructing people not to send any application under FSW program for certain NOCs.
they could have instructed CIO, Sydney not to accept any application or to return them with message.

I understand CIC granted tons of applications under 4131, 0213, 0111 and 1111 NOCs but, people who got the visa and we are having same skills. It is just matter of time of lodging the application.

It simply make no sense to put us in a backlog where we don't know when our turn will come?

Buddy you are sitting pretty after getting visa. Its easy for you to impart gyan to others...its because of fake guys like you (8 bands in IELTS and you cant frame 2 sentences gramatically correct ) that the policies of Canadian government have become stringent. So you think about applicants of 2002. I have a better suggestion- Think of Japanese guys who died in Tsunami and commit suicide...
