I got my visa on 09th May [Monday], Status changed to Decision Made on 10th May [Tuesday]

Dear Bugslife can u plz tell that whether u got ur status changed to DECISISON MADE before getting ur Passport with visa on it or still it is IN PROCESS

@ tarakrs - Just checked ECAS, showing as DECISION MADE

My Status changed to DECISION MADE [But there is no medicals received line inside, i can see only "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."] Is that ok?..... Seniors pls advise me.

my lawyer given info that Case processing Centre-Pilot has been initiated in Ottawa to deal with backlog of MI-1 category cases. cases exceeded 12 months time are likely to be transferred to Ottawa office ...further info is awaited ....

That looks like a very bad news.

MI-I means all pre June 10 applicants and pre Feb 2008 applicants.

Kindly check with your lawyer and advice whether this will further lag the whole process.

MI-1 means cases between nov 08 to 26 june 2010

So what is the status? Is this going to be a very bad news for us????

yep absolutely possible , infact more people have got visa while there status being in process then actual " decision made" as should be the case in theory

i think they started again to process the cases pending from feb-11(with in process inside RBVO).

My case showed online in process from 08.02.2011 , Inside content was same .

where as when i checked today they have added one more line as
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 9, 2011

Kindly let me know how long it may take to receive the Med request or additioanl documents ?

thankz jassi and can u plz tell me what shuold i do as i have done my medical on 26th of jan 2011 and sent my ppt fees and medical on 27th of jan 2011 and then on 28th of march 2011 i recieved a love letter fro CHC regarding my relationship docs with my wife dated 10th march 2011 i send the docs on 8th of april 2011 and further no response from CHC and i am wwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiitttttttttttiiiiiiinnnnnnggggggggg for my visa. can they send me any other love letter also or now they will send only visa to me

no body can answer that in exact terms , if they are satisfied with your response then you will probably get your visa , otherwise they could call for an interview (yes they can even after medicals).
unfortunately further clearance required on your file by the visa officer after the medicals sometimes does amount to significant delays on your file as this happens only when he is in serious doubt, hopefully this will be not the case, and you will get your visa straight away

i wrote that in context where you have stated that they have started processing the file on 9th may 2011.
